We suggest the process from material selections to secondary processing based on wide experiences.
Our strength
Available for large size
We have equipment for large sized products and can handle materials which size is up to 1,050mm×1,750㎜.
We expand this products into various uses in clinical environments, convenience stores and so on.

Movable jig
We can produce complicated jigs by piling more than one plate and suggest appropriate jigs for the customer’s process.
It is efficient to hold tightly the carried products.

No-bridge etching
It is possible for us to produce the etching products without bridges.
And this is suitable for springs or complex patterns.

Etching metals attched carrier film
By utilizing the no-bridge etching technology,
we also have applied the technology of carrier film for heaters or other products.
And the adhesive can be peeled off easily without heat,
so this will be efficient for production.

The process of etching

*The above process is the metal etching’s process. But, the composite film etching’s process is also based on the same principle.
The feature of etching

Half etching
By exposing different patterns to the front and back side of the material, it is possible to form the non-through patterns called “Half etching.”
The depth of half etching is about 2/3 of the material thickness.

Taper etching
By etching different sizes from the front and back side of the material,a tapper hole can be formed. The taper shape can be adjusted, but if the difference between the front and back side of patterns is too big, a pattern of steps will be formed.

Burr-free and distortion-free
Unlike machining or stamping, since etching is the processing that metal materials are corroded by the chemical liquid,
the burr or distortion will not be occurred.

Bridge
Bridges are the parts which connect the products to the materials.
Basically,some traces of bridges are left after the production.
